My attempt at photography.

I'm interested in becoming a better photographer. I need to take some classes. I just don't want to pay a lot of money for cheesy Wal-mart photos anymore but can't afford a good one. I have a long way to go and need to keep trying but these are some attempts at me trying to do it. And these are just some that I played with! Hope you like them. I really do!! p.s. I know Jack has scratches on his face and we've been trying for weeks to get some "professional" pictures done but he just keeps on scratching so we've been wearing socks now....poor guy!

Halloween

Jack in his puppy costume. I didn't put him in it for Halloween because he fell asleep and I didn't take him trick-or-treating. He's only 3 months old, right? Hopefully I haven't scarred him for life. But it was fun to put him in this at Charlotte's school. He's so cute and cuddly!!!
Had to take this picture of a house that seriously went all out!

Just about to head out the door!!

Charlotte LOVED trick or treating! This was the last house....ours!

Lookin' at the loot!

Here's all the candy that she got.

Instantly opened up the first candy...licked it for a second and threw it on the floor....

mmmmmm.......

Here she is with her second lollipop that she licked for a few seconds and again threw it away for another one. kinda funny!

Monkey behind bars!

Charlotte had the most fantastic Halloween! We were worried she wouldn't want to get into her monkey costume but did. Of course there's nothing underneath. he he. But it was soooo warm that night that it was alright. Wade stayed home and handed out candy with Jack. But Jack pooped out and fell asleep!!! Rachel went with me and we went to about 20 houses. Those who left a bowl outside for everyone to grab a piece....charlotte grabbed a handful. he he. I didn't stop her unless a sign said to only grab one. She knew what to do. Ring the doorbell, try to say trick-or-treat, open the bag, in goes the candy, say thank you and run back to the stroller to do it all over again. It was awesome.

Rachel's visit

Had to do the crazy pics with Rachel too!

My favorite of Rachel! makes me laugh so hard every time I see it.

Rachel came to visit Wed-Sat. last week. We had a fantastic time and it was sad to see her go. Hopefully soon we'll see her again. But she came with us trick-or-treating on Halloween and carved some pumpkins and just got to hang out and play with the kids. We had a great time. Thanks for coming Rach. I love you!

Lighted Pumpkins on Halloween!

Rachel's pumpkin

Wade's 2nd pumpkin

Jessica's pumpkin

Wade's pumpkin. This is his standard face. Says it has to be mean. he he. In the time it took me to carve my one pumpkin, he carved two and still finished before me! Fast guy.

I love this face!! He's like, what you lookin' at?

My handsome little guy!!!

Our pumpkins

I have to say, Wade is the fastest pumpkin carver and cleaner-outer of pumpkins that I've ever seen!

Rachel was able to come out for four days to visit us! We were able to carve pumpkins with her and also she came trick or treating with me and Charlotte. W had a great Halloween and had a great time with Rachel! Hopefully soon we'll be able to see her more often : ) (P.S. Halloween lighted pumpkins and other pictures are coming soon! : )

Wish I was here....

Raglan Beach in New Zealand. Here's Wade holding Charlotte when she was about 4 months old. Isn't it beautiful there? Only 30 minutes by car from TempleView.
